2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are a UK resident placing an order for delivery to a UK address
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Orders and Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. By providing payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refund policy is set out in detail on our Returns & Refunds page. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Our policy extends this to 30 days.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen calibration differences. If a product is significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a full refund.
